Another late delivery from Instacart. In fact all of my orders with them for the past 3 weeks were late. It is never 5 minutes, it is always hours. I’ll try to collect some numbers.

Recent feedback to Instacart:
Thanks for the message that you will be late, but you don’t have to send them.
All my orders in the last 4 weeks were late except for one. I am not complaining, but some improvement would be nice. Also every order comes with about dozen text messages … we do not need text messages, that could be fixed too.
Your system is functional, very helpful, but it has a lot that can be improved. On the other side, delivery people have always been fantastic, it would be shame if their reputation went down because of your system.
Nice try, but while Instacart sends millions of text messages, they cannot receive email.
