Short introduction -

Software used to be a helper and that's what BSafe is. It's the software, which gives you the capability to store and save your text in secure format. We use computers to produce private and business documents and they very often not include any privacy and security. BSafe gives you that option in a very easy way.

Software that may offer security and encryption is typically difficult to use and also expensive. We developed software that's designd to be used by most everyone and it will be extremely inexpensive.

It's not yet out, but it will come out in 5 or 6 versions. Everyone needs something a bit different and that's also our idea. But all versions will be very safe ... and you will always get to try it.

BSafe development and details will be available for you here. Soon.

Much software in this area is complex and difficult to use. BSafe starts looking like notepad and lets you type your document or import it from elsewhere. When you decide to store the document, click on the Save button, and very soon your document is stored in a safe format.

If this is the first time this document is being saved, it will ask you a few simple questions. Name of the file, location to save it, and strength of encryption. Software can also save it in a plain text format, but if this is just for a temporary time, you need to remember your intentions - and if you want to store it only in safe encrypted format, remember to remove or delete the plain text file after safe file has been stored.

BSafe files are on your hard drive and can be managed like most computer files. You can copy it elsewhere, email it, copy it to servers or to other people authorized to use the file. If it's secured with password and sent to others, if they will use and open the file you should provide them with password provided they have their own copy of BSafe.

It's very important to keep the access to your BSafe files secure. This includes other people with access to your computers, servers, phones, tablets. And it's equally as important to prevent others to access your server, web sites, and other devices where your BSafe secure files are located. Be also very careful when you work with computer connected to the Internet, you would not want to be accessed by hackers or other people who are online with bad intentions.

BSafe offers you tremendous safety on top of your usual functionality. But safety is safe only when it's used carefully. BSafe is smart and easy to be used carefully, we will try to update you with what to do and what to avoid.

What BSafe Offers

It helps to create secure and safe text documents. Type it in or copy it from other tools, save it to your disk. And your option was to save it in a secure format that's difficult for others to break and decrypt.

BSafe Element

Independent?

Yes, BSafe software is completely independent. It works now without any problem, but it will work for as long as you keep it. If you save your document for long period of time, it is stored in a precise storage. If you open the file with BSafe after a few years, it will still be there.

How to Keep It Safe & What to Avoid

The software is complex but only under the hood. But for the users it's not complicated, it's very easy to use. BSafe versions are different and so it will be important to recognize how to use it to keep all your documents always secure.

Most security and privacy is achieved by using your own secure password. It's important to memorize it or to keep it somewhere safe so that you can always access your files and open them. Without password you won't be able to do it and BSafe does not keep them anywhere stored for security reasons.

Passwords are important, but it's also important to know where you stored your secure files. Everybody has different good places, and I'm sure you will find yours. Keep it safe, private and accessible only by you or by people authorized to do that. Extra security needs to be taken if your computer is connected to the Internet. And also an extra safety needs to be taken, if some safe documents are stored next to your original unencrypted documents.

What to Use It For

Safety and privacy are very good reasons where BSafe can help you. It helps to create your documents, it helps to store them in a very safe format - and those are very important functions that should be obvious for most people. Save it and keep it safe. If someone tries to open it, make it very difficult to read it.

Choose Very Good Password

Selecting very good password has become small but important science. It depends on location of your computer, secure files, memory skills, and more. If you are planning to use secure files for long periods of time, you also need to be prepared for unusual circumstances such as being located in another state or country for a long time, spending extra time in hospital, long vacations, dealing with people newly admitted to your computer or office and more. Overall the best situatioon is to keep your passwords in a safe location where you can always find it, only you and nobody else.

In this upcoming time we will write more detailed information about safety habits and how BSafe truly helps. This info will be published here on our web site and will also be included with every copy of our software.

How To Store Your Passwords

This is one of the most important project you may ever take. We all remember well, but will we remember password after long period of time? After an injury, health problem, long travel? During different household or business situation? When dealing with unusual stress?

When we don't remember or lose the password, we will very likely lose access to documents we created to be safe, secure and private. Password is needed for the documents. It's like gasoline for the car - it may look good, but it cannot move without gas. Also, we know the document is good, important, but without password it cannot be opened.

So how to store passwords safely? We can offer you a few suggestions, but it's a very different task for each of us. Where we live and how, where we work, where do we keep other private items and more.

More coming soon!
